About Narrative Hub

Narrative Hub is a Brisbane creative agency that's been creating compelling content for brands since 2017.

We work with businesses, brands and organisations to get clear on their message and communicate it through content that's purposeful, quality, and hits the mark every time. From social reels and brand stories through to TVCs and event coverage, there's an abundance of storytelling in every shoot.

About the role

This is a hybrid leadership role — part strategist, part relationship-builder, part storyteller. You'll work closely with the Managing Director to develop and drive Narrative Hub's commercial strategy, with responsibility for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and helping define how we position ourselves in the market.

We're at a point where our creative output is strong and our reputation is building. What we need now is someone who can turn that momentum into meaningful, sustainable growth.

What you'll do

Lead new business development and oversee the proposals process
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Work with the creative team to develop pitches, proposals and presentations
Help define Narrative Hub's market positioning and commercial growth strategy
Over time, build and lead a small client-facing team

What we're looking for

Experience in agency-side account management, business development or client success
Genuine understanding of content creation, video production or creative services
Strong communication, proposal writing and presentation skills
Commercially sharp but relationship-first — you close deals by building trust
Someone who thrives in a small, fast-moving team where your decisions matter
